Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Business Analytics Lead Specialist to own CPQ roadmaps, requirements, and continuous improvement within the Quote-to-Order ecosystem. You will partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Pricing, Product, Legal, Finance, and IT to enable seamless handoffs from opportunity to order and drive revenue gains.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Zuora, pricing and discounting workflows, catalog governance, and end-to-end Quote-to-Order processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems or related field.
• 2+ years as a Salesforce CPQ Administrator or similar role. Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Zuora; pricing workflows and product catalog governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day CPQ operations; ensure CPQ runs efficiently and aligns with workflows.
• Administer Salesforce CPQ: configurations, pricing rules, discounting, approvals.
• Support product launches by setting up SKUs, bundles, and pricing in CPQ.
