Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Business Analytics Lead Specialist to drive roadmap, requirements, and continuous improvement of CPQ within the Quote-to-Order ecosystem. Partnering with Sales, Revenue Ops, Pricing, Product, Legal, Finance, and IT, you will ensure efficient processes, data governance, and scalable CPQ solutions.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on Salesforce CPQ and Zuora experience, strong pricing knowledge, and the ability to move from strategy to actionable backlog and deliver end-to-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required.
• 2+ years as a Salesforce CPQ Administrator or similar role; CPQ Specialist certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Zuora; pricing, discounting, product bundling concepts.
• Experience with enterprise pricing models, subscription products, bundled offerings, and renewals.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of CPQ capabilities; drive continuous improvement.
• Administer Salesforce CPQ configurations, pricing rules, discounting, and approvals.
• Support launches by setting up SKUs, bundles, and pricing in CPQ.
• Configure discount schedules and pricing guardrails to enforce policies.
• Monitor usage, performance, and adoption; propose efficiency improvements.
• Translate goals into roadmap needs; identify opportunities to improve CPQ.
• Develop business requirements and user stories; partner with Salesforce team on scalable solutions.
• Own end-to-end projects from requirements to testing; accept features meeting value.
• Ensure CPQ data is accurate, governed, and scalable; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
