Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Business Analytics Lead Specialist to own CPQ roadmap, requirements, and continuous improvement within the Quote-to-Order ecosystem. You will partner across Sales, Revenue Operations, Pricing, Product, Legal, Finance, and IT to enable seamless handoffs from opportunity to order.

You will lead configuration, pricing, catalog governance, and end-to-end Quote-to-Order processes, with a focus on driving seller productivity and revenue gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field.
• 2+ years in Salesforce CPQ Administrator role.
• Experience with pricing and discounting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day CPQ operations and maintenance.
• Configure CPQ: products, pricing rules, discounts, approvals.
• Translate business needs into roadmap and backlog.
