Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Business Analytics Lead Specialist to own the CPQ roadmap and end-to-end Quote-to-Order processes. You will collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, Pricing, Product, Legal, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless handoffs from opportunity to order and to drive seller productivity.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce CPQ and Zuora experience, pricing and discounting workflows, catalog governance, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable CPQ solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems or related field.
• 2+ years as a Salesforce CPQ Administrator or similar role; Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-business-unit, multi-region, or complex product environments.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Zuora; understanding pricing strategies, discount logic, and product bundling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day CPQ operations; drive continuous improvement and maintenance.
• Administer Salesforce CPQ configurations, pricing rules, discounts, and approvals.
• Support product launches by setting up SKUs, bundles, and pricing in CPQ.
• Configure discount schedules and pricing guardrails per company policies.
• Monitor CPQ usage and performance; propose efficiency improvements.
• Translate business needs into CPQ roadmaps and backlog items.
