Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a field-based Sales leader for Northern California and surrounding areas. You will drive account planning and implement brand strategies across Grocery, Snacks, Frozen and Refrigerated categories, with emphasis on total volume, profit and share growth.

Reporting to a Sales Director, you will manage joint business plans, lead trade promotions, and collaborate with decision makers to maximize category opportunities and supply chain efficiency in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CPG sales experience, including field and HQ roles.
• Experience presenting to Senior Buyers.
• Experience managing trade budgets, spending, and volume.
• Experience managing a P&L statement.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and strong negotiation skills.
• Experience working with a distributor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual plan for the customer and gain internal agreement.
• Lead joint business planning with customers on strategic categories.
• Develop trade promotion strategies and tactical plans.
• Monitor customer business plans, trade budgets, and volume to meet goals.
• Conduct category business reviews and identify opportunities.
• Use category management to link trends to opportunities.
• Develop accurate monthly forecasts to optimize supply chain and identify risks.
