Job summary

Harmless Harvest in Oakland, CA is seeking an Accounts Manager to lead regional chain and independent accounts, collaborate with brokers and distributors, and maximize sales and profit in the Natural channel.

You will develop impactful presentations and strategic plans, identify new customers, grow existing business, analyze sales data, and work cross-functionally with marketing, demand planning, and field sales to hit the annual operating plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for candidate eligibility.
• 1–3 years in CPG sales across MULO/Natural channel.
• Experience with trade math, promo spend, and demand planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver customer presentations and strategic plans.
• Identify, pursue, and grow accounts to meet AOP objectives.
• Manage relationships with distributors, brokers, and field reps.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, planning, and demand teams.
