Responsibilities

• Assess complex accounting conclusions involving revenue recognition, business combinations, leases, consolidations, and SEC reporting.
• Evaluate whether AI-generated analyses correctly identify the relevant US GAAP guidance and apply it to the facts.
• Review proposed journal entries, disclosure considerations, accounting memoranda, and conclusions for audit readiness.
• Explain errors, missing evidence, and alternative treatments using disciplined reasoning for public-company reporting.
