Job summary

Covenant Tax Advisors is seeking a CPA or Enrolled Agent to manage an assigned portfolio of individual and business clients, delivering proactive tax planning and year-round client care in a fully remote role.

You will prepare and review annual returns, lead planning meetings, explain recommendations clearly, and stay current on tax law changes to identify opportunities, while building strong client relationships and collaborating with our small team.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license or Enrolled Agent credential required.
• 5+ years of public CPA firm experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience with S corporations and partnerships.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working remote with a small team.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized tax strategies and projections and implement them.
• Prepare and review annual individual and business tax returns.
• Lead planning meetings and clearly explain recommendations.
• Maintain client relationships and act as primary tax advisor.
• Monitor tax law changes and identify planning opportunities.
• Manage client needs, follow-up, and deadlines end-to-end.
