Job summary

My CPA Coach LLC is seeking a seasoned Tax CPA to provide strategic tax planning, tax preparation, and related services to a growing client base. This 100% remote role requires a CPA license, strong communication, and the ability to independently manage complex tax issues for small businesses and high-income individuals.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of business tax experience, client-facing responsibilities, and a proactive approach to delivering accurate tax work and strategic planning

Qualifications

• Licensed CPA with valid certification.
• 3+ years of business tax preparation experience.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to small business owners.
• Prepare individual, S Corporation, partnership, C Corporation, nonprofit, and gift tax returns.
• Lead tax strategy calls and client Q&A sessions throughout the year.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Stay updated on tax laws and IRS pronouncements.
• Collaborate with partners to align financial and operational goals.
