• Licensed CPA or EA required to represent clients.
• 3+ years in tax strategy or advisory (not just prep).
• Excellent communication across Zoom, writing, and in person.
• Ability to deliver complex advice clearly and decisively.
• Strong organizational skills for multiple clients and timelines.
• Familiarity with tax planning software (like Corvee, Tax Planner Pro) or strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships with proactive guidance and year‑round tax savings.
• Analyze tax returns and financial data to spot opportunities early.
• Implement tax strategies on entity structure, compensation, retirement planning, and deductions.
• Stay ahead of tax law changes and explain implications in plain language.
• Partner with the accounting team to ensure seamless, full‑service support.
• Onboard new clients and ensure first experience is exceptional.
