Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced CPAs and Tax Advisors to support a project focused on tax preparation, advisory, and AI evaluation. You will prepare and review tax returns, assess AI-generated tax content, and develop evaluation criteria for next-generation AI systems.

Remote (US Only) contractor role with opportunities to contribute to AI-driven tax evaluation and compliance guidance. No prior AI experience required, but strong tax expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• CPA required for tax preparation and advisory.
• Experience with individual and small business returns.
• Knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax rules.
• Ability to review AI-generated tax content against rubrics.
• Familiarity with ProSeries, Lacerte, Drake is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Form 1040, Schedule C, 1120-S, and 1065 tax returns.
• Provide tax guidance and explain complex tax concepts clearly.
• Review AI-generated tax advice against defined rubrics and scoring criteria.
• Verify tax documentation, filing requirements, deadlines, and applicable forms.
• Develop and refine tax-related evaluation rubrics and grading standards.
• Stay current with federal and applicable state tax laws.
