Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks experienced CPAs and Tax Advisors for a part-time, remote contract focused on tax preparation, advisory work, and AI evaluation. You will prepare and review tax returns, verify AI-generated tax content, and help define evaluation rubrics to improve AI accuracy. No prior AI experience required.

Active CPA license in good standing and 5+ years of tax experience are preferred. Familiarity with ProSeries, Lacerte, or Drake is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Form 1040, Schedule C, 1120-S, and 1065 tax returns.

• Review AI-generated tax advice against defined rubrics and scoring criteria.
• Verify tax documentation, filing requirements, deadlines, and applicable forms.
• Develop and refine tax-related evaluation rubrics and grading standards.
• Stay current with federal and applicable state tax laws.
