Qualifications

Professional experience in semiconductor manufacturing, nanofabrication, microfabrication, or related field with familiarity in cleanroom workflows.
Foundational photolithography knowledge including coating, development, exposure, alignment, and pattern transfer.
Ability to explain complex lithography/etch concepts to professionals with varied backgrounds.

Responsibilities

Engage students through dynamic live discussions and foster interaction.
Provide clear, constructive feedback on submissions, including video responses.
Facilitate online discussions, reply to inquiries, and monitor student progress.
Commit to facilitating 1–2 courses per month with consistent engagement and preparation.
Complete in-depth onboarding, including shadowing live courses and debrief sessions.
Engage in ongoing training to stay current with learning methodologies and edTech.
