Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Level 2 Course Facilitator to provide senior support for virtual courses. You will identify and document systemic grading/feedback defects, coordinate escalations across LMS/Software/QA/IT, and perform quality control on facilitator reporting inputs.

You’ll maintain runbooks and procedures in version-controlled formats and guide students on networking topics and technical writing. The role emphasizes learner experience and workflow support, with 0800-1700 M-F active courses

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS, Cyber Eng, Information Systems, Information Technology, Education/Instructional Technology, Engineering, or related field with four years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in the same fields and six years of relevant experience.
• Associate's degree (or 18 semester hours of military coursework/training) and eight years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma/GED and ten years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• The Level 2 Course Facilitator shall possess capabilities including effective communication.
• Lead identification and documentation of systemic grading/feedback defects; coordinate with LMS admins/Software engineers.
• Troubleshoot students' issues with virtual learning courses.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of student-impacting workflow issues and coordinate escalations.
• Provide guidance on networking systems, operating systems, and technical writing.
• Maintain facilitator procedures/runbooks in version-controlled formats.
