Black Rock Groups is seeking a Coupa Solution Architect to own end-to-end architecture for the global Coupa platform, including integrations. This full‑time role supports Atlanta/US Remote work with a $75/hr pay rate and demands deep P2P/S2P expertise and hands-on Coupa experience.

You will lead discovery sessions with executives, define integration strategies with ERPs, and guide testing and upgrades while ensuring governance and data integrity across the platform.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay, Procurement, and Accounts Payable workflows.
• Hands-on Coupa integration architecture (REST/SOAP APIs, CSV/Flat files, and middleware).
• 3–5 full-cycle Coupa implementations in lead/architectural roles.
• Active Coupa Certifications preferred.
• Strong client-facing and executive stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with executives to align tech with business outcomes.
• Own end-to-end architecture for S2P and P2P across core Coupa modules (Procurement, Invoicing, Contract Management, Expense, SPIM).
• Design scalable integration frameworks using Coupa APIs, CSV/Flat files, and middleware to ERP connections.
• Lead full life-cycle Coupa implementations from blueprinting to go-live.
• Define testing strategies including UAT and regression testing for system stability.
• Manage quarterly Coupa release upgrades with minimal disruption.
• Establish best practices and governance for platform configuration and data integrity.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Procurement, and AP teams to optimize workflows and drive automation.
• Support audits by ensuring proper access controls and segregation of duties within the platform.
