Job summary

CRH is seeking a P2P Coupa Application Specialist (Construction) to support the Coupa platform across CRH Americas. This remote role requires being based in the continental United States, with 5+ years in procurement systems and strong Coupa expertise.

You will coordinate releases, manage configurations, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth operation and user enablement. The ideal candidate will have a COUPA certification, experience with ERP integrations (SAP/Oracle a plus), and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience maintaining and coordinating content and supplier enablement with a strong business background.
• COUPA certified.
• Experience in release management and system controls with eProcurement cloud apps.
• Strong analytical skills in change management and ability to perform impact assessments on systems and processes.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Process and technology oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate level 2 Coupa support for various CRH operating companies.
• Maintain configuration, monitor control reports, and manage user administration including role assignments and approval flows.
• Work with CRH IT teams to manage Coupa incidents, enhancements, and requests within ITIL processes to meet SLAs.
• Responsible for Coupa support for all Americas divisions.
• Collaborate with the Coupa support desk.
• Review and coordinate new Coupa releases to minimize day-to-day operational impact.
• Maintain design and configuration documentation, incorporating change requests from new releases.
• Ensure change control procedures are followed for deployments.
• Maintain and deliver test plans for user acceptance testing and regression testing.
• Partner with IT teams for Coupa integrations with interfacing systems.
• Assist in change management and training activities.
• Help create training materials demonstrating new functionalities.
