Job summary

Coupa seeks a Sr. Principal Integrations Architect to drive large-scale integration projects across Procurement, Source-to-Pay, and AP Automation. You will partner with customers, partners, and product teams to deliver scalable integration solutions and protect delivery quality.

This role requires hands-on Coupa experience, 15+ years in related fields, and a proven record of leading global SaaS implementations and complex client engagements. Occasional regional/global travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on Coupa experience (implementation / consulting).
• 15+ years in Procure‑to‑Pay / Source‑to‑Contract (consulting, SaaS, or in‑house).
• Experience leading teams or global SaaS implementations.
• Strong client management with proven delivery of workshop management, successful & on‑time go‑lives.
• Strong understanding of delivery methodologies and customer success principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead professional services projects with some of the largest companies in the world as the accountable design face (Solution Manager).
• Drive enablement on business process expertise and consulting best practices across delivery teams.
• Conduct architectural design reviews to ensure quality in delivery across teams.
• Develop and implement standardized procedures, templates and tools to enhance delivery operations.
• Collaborate with documentation and product management to share expertise for content development.
• Foster and develop relationships with customers’ key stakeholders.
• Develop & coach talent to meet customer success and ensure right skills mix.
