Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Solutions Analyst

Duration: 12 Months+

Role Overview

We are seeking a strong Coupa Consultant who will help in Business Process Analyst to map, extract, and optimize our Coupa Order-to-Pay (O2P) processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand current workflows, document system requirements, and design scalable future-state processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to map the end-to-end O2P lifecycle (Requisitioning, PO generation, Approvals, Invoicing, and Payment)
• Create detailed process flows (BPMN), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and functional requirement documents
• Identify bottlenecks, manual workarounds, and gaps between out-of-the-box Coupa functionality and existing business operations
• Act as the liaison between Finance, AP, Procurement, and IT to align system configurations with business needs
• Recommend workflow optimizations using Coupa’s built-in tools (e.g., Process Automator, Guided Buying, and AI-driven insights)
