Qualifications

• Understanding technology contracts and licensing models.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations and draft/negotiate software, SaaS and cloud service agreements.
• Provide legal advice on commercial and operational issues to internal stakeholders.
• Improve contract processes and standard forms to fit business needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Security, IT and Compliance.
