Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Counsel, Commercial Transactions to advise on commercial contracting and AI-enabled product initiatives. You will lead negotiations, draft and review software, SaaS, cloud services, and strategic partnerships, aligning legal and business goals.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Security, IT and Compliance to deliver timely, practical advice, and support pricing governance and contract workflows while embracing AI-enabled legal tech tools.

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school and US bar admission.
Experience negotiating SaaS, software, cloud services, and enterprise agreements.
Experience supporting complex commercial contracting environments.
Knowledge of cloud services, software licensing, information security, privacy, and IP.
Experience with AI-enabled products and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

Lead negotiations for software, SaaS, and cloud services contracts.
Advise internal stakeholders on commercial and operational legal issues.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Security, IT and Compliance to deliver contracts.
Suggest process improvements and improve standard forms.
Utilize AI legal tech tools to enhance efficiency.
