Job summary
Relativity, a leading legal tech company, seeks a Counsel, Commercial Transactions to steer commercial contracting for SaaS, software licensing, cloud services, and AI-enabled offerings. You will draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of agreements while partnering with Sales, Security, Finance, and other stakeholders.
You should have deep experience in technology transactions, strong negotiation and drafting skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; active bar in good standing.
- 4–6 years’ experience in technology transactions.
- Experience negotiating SaaS, software, cloud services, and enterprise agreements.
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
- Knowledge of data privacy, regulatory considerations, and AI-related products is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations of software, SaaS, cloud services, and AI-related agreements.
- Provide timely legal advice to Sales, Finance, Security and Compliance.
- Advise on pricing governance and contract workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enable growth and manage risk.
- Recommend process improvements and standard contract forms.
