Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Counsel, Commercial Transactions to guide commercial contracting and strategic business initiatives. The role partners with sales, finance, security, IT and compliance to draft, negotiate and finalize software, SaaS and hybrid offerings.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in-house or law firm tech transactions, with strong AI tools experience and a JD from an accredited school. This remote/hybrid role offers competitive compensation and incentives.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active US bar license.
Experience negotiating SaaS, software, cloud services, data processing and enterprise agreements.
Background in technology transactions and AI-enabled products.
Strong organization, detail orientation, and communications skills.
Familiarity with AI tools and legal tech platforms.</n>

Responsibilities

Lead negotiations for software, SaaS, cloud services and strategic partnerships.
Provide legal advice on commercial and operational issues to stakeholders.
