Responsibilities

• Support settlement of disputes and claims with transparency.
• Resolve commercial, change orders, and contract issues quickly and fairly.
• Assist in preparation and agreement of final accounts and claims.
• Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
• Support project management with cost documentation and timely communication.
• Participate in tender/bid from documentation to analysis and reporting.
• Oversee project spend with valuations and cost reports, communicating variations.
