Qualifications

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects.
• Degree or comparable experience in cost management or construction.

Responsibilities

• Support settlement of disputes/loss and expense claims with transparency.
• Resolve commercial, change orders and contract issues quickly and fairly.
• Assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts, including handling of claims to ensure client value.
• Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
• Support nimble project management and clear cost documentation and timely communication.
• Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, and communicate variations to the team.
