Linesight is seeking a Cost Manager to lead pre- and post-contract cost management across varied projects. This role emphasizes delivering transparent settlements, timely cost reporting, and value optimization for clients.

The position is primarily remote with project travel to client sites. You will contribute to final accounts, cost plans, and tender analyses, while building strong relationships with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects.
• Ability to manage client relationships and communicate cost insights clearly.
• Comfortable traveling for short periods to meet clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Support settlement of disputes, loss and expense claims with transparency.
• Resolve commercial and contract issues quickly and fairly.
• Assist in final accounts preparation and claims handling to ensure best value for the client.
• Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
• Support project management with cost documentation and timely communication.
• Participate in tender/bid processes from documentation to reporting.
• Oversee spend by creating valuations and cost reports and communicating variations.
