Qualifications

Two or more years in project controls or cost engineering for complex projects.
Hands-on budgeting, commitments, accruals, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Experience reconciling large cost datasets in Excel or ERP/financial systems.
Ability to communicate cost information clearly to leaders with reports or dashboards.

Responsibilities

Partner with project managers to establish cost structures and control budgets.
Maintain complete project cost position across budgets, commitments, and forecasts.
Coordinate monthly cost-cycle activities including accruals and reconciliations.
Analyze cost performance and risks; report forecast movements and actions.
Integrate cost and schedule data to evaluate progress and cash flow.
Monitor contracts, POs, invoices, and payment status with procurement.
Collaborate across disciplines to translate risks into cost exposure and contingencies.
Ensure timely, auditable cost data and provide insights to leadership.
Mentor team members on cost-control expectations and data submission.
