Job summary

Fox World Travel is seeking a Project Manager to drive successful client implementations and hotel sourcing projects. You will develop detailed plans, lead client meetings, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 2+ years in client-facing PM. Strong travel-management knowledge, communication, and organizational skills are essential for multi-national deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) with two years client-facing project management experience.
• Understanding of corporate/business travel management practices.
• Strong project management and analytical skills; meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate confidently with clients at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage client implementation and hotel sourcing processes within timelines.
• Be the main client contact, providing consultancy and project expertise.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans for each project.
• Lead weekly virtual client meetings with agendas and notes.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Identify risks and mitigate issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Support multi-national implementations in coordination with in-country resources.
