Job summary

Fox World Travel is seeking a Corporate Travel Project Manager to ensure the successful implementation of client and internal projects by leading all project management tasks and milestones. You will develop, modify, and maintain project plans while coordinating with internal departments, external stakeholders, and clients.

This role also leads our hotel sourcing project services using the existing methodology and delivers on milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with two years client-facing project management experience.
• Understanding of corporate/business travel management practices.
• Strong project management and analytical skills; manage workflow to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Managing and leading the client implementation process and hotel sourcing process for assigned accounts within defined timelines.
• Acting as main point of contact for the client, providing consultancy and expertise throughout the project.
• Developing and maintaining detailed project plans for each project.
• Leading weekly virtual project meetings with the client, producing agendas and follow-up call notes.
• Ensuring the project remains on track, all tasks completed within deadline.
