Job summary

Fox World Travel is seeking a Corporate Travel Project Manager to oversee client implementations and hotel sourcing projects. You will lead the end-to-end delivery, coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure milestones are met and projects stay on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with two years client-facing project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementation and hotel sourcing projects for assigned accounts within defined timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans for each project.
• Lead weekly virtual project meetings with the client and provide agendas/follow-up notes.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to deliver on project milestones.
• Travel to client locations as needed to support implementations.
