Fox World Travel is seeking a Corporate Travel Operations Manager – Dedicated Accounts to lead onsite and rent-a-plate client operations, ensure service excellence, staff support, and day-to-day performance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in corporate travel, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with Travelport+ or Sabre GDS, plus knowledge of travel center operations; remote work is available in approved states.

Qualifikationen

• Progressive corporate travel experience with leadership experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
• Proficiency in Travelport+ and Sabre GDS.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of front, mid and back office functions in travel centers.

• Lead frontline staff and ensure SLA adherence across client operations.
• Provide coaching and performance reviews to drive team development.
