Job summary

ALTOUR is seeking a Lead to develop and supervise a team supporting GDS administration, automation, and operational technology services. You will set priorities, mentor staff, and drive service improvements for a global corporate travel operation.

You will manage queues, agent profiles, PCCs, and serve as the primary escalation point for complex GDS issues, ensuring reliable, compliant, and cost-effective travel bookings across multiple GDS platforms.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years supporting GDS environments in a TMC or corporate travel organization.
• Hands-on experience with GDS scripting, automation, and configuration tools.
