Amex GBT is recruiting a Travel Consultant to join our highly skilled remote team in supporting corporate clients. You will advise and arrange travel, analyze options, and fulfill domestic and international bookings across air, rail, road, and hotels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ corporate travel experience.
• Native Sabre GDS expertise.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to protect traveler information with integrity.
• Solid understanding of the business travel industry.
• Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently / with supplier.
• Teamwork and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (individuals and groups).
• Analyze and research travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services.
• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel in varying complexity (air, rail, road, accommodations).
• Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) - Sabre.
• Ensure compliance with travel policy, provider policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Use positive telephone service techniques and accommodate special requests.
• Collaborate within the team to coach, mentor, and provide feedback to improve service levels.
