Amex GBT is seeking a Travel Consultant to join our highly skilled remote team, delivering exceptional travel arrangements for corporate clients. You will work 24x7 shifts, covering day, afternoon and night, including weekends, and help shape service levels with your team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years corporate travel experience.
• Native Sabre GDS expertise.
• Professional communication (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail and integrity.
• Strong understanding of the travel industry and policies.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers (individuals and groups).
• Conduct analysis and research on travel options, and pro-actively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services.
• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel across air, rail, and accommodations.
• Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) – Sabre.
• Ensure compliance with travel policy, provider policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Use positive telephone service techniques and respond to special requests.
• Collaborate with your team to coach, mentor, and provide feedback to improve service levels.
