Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking a Global Servicing Travel Consultant to join our highly skilled remote team. You will advise and arrange travel for corporate clients across the US, Canada, UK, and Australia, using Sabre and delivering exceptional service.

We value strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to adapt to changing travel requirements while maintaining policy compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ corporate travel experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ Native GDS Expertise in Sabre.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills in a travel environment.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Fares & ticketing knowledge including RTW and complex itineraries.
• Knowledge of domestic & international destinations.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers in US, Canada, UK, and Australia.
• Analyze travel options and proactively upsell additional services.
• Book domestic and international travel across air, rail, hotel, and car.
• Use Sabre GDS for bookings and compliance with travel policies.
• Ensure compliance with customers’ travel policies and regulations.
• Provide professional, courteous service and handle special requests.
• Collaborate with teams to coach and improve service levels.
