Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel (Amex GBT) seeks a Global Servicing Travel Consultant to join our remote team and deliver outstanding service to corporate clients across the US and beyond. You will advise and arrange travel, use Sabre GDS, and ensure adherence to travel policies while handling complex itineraries.

You will coordinate domestic and international travel, respond to traveler needs, and collaborate with colleagues to elevate service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ corporate travel experience.
• Proficient in Sabre GDS and travel policy compliance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers in US and international markets.
• Conduct analysis and research on travel options and upsell services.
• Arrange domestic and international business travel including air, rail, and hotels.
• Utilize Sabre GDS for bookings and ticketing.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide excellent telephone service and handle special requests.
• Identify and prevent fraudulent bookings following security protocols.
• Collaborate with team to coach and improve service levels.
