American Express Global Business Travel seeks a Travel Consultant to join a highly skilled remote team servicing corporate clients. You will advise and arrange travel for individuals and groups, analyze options, and proactively anticipate traveler needs to upsell services.

You will book domestic and international travel across air, rail, and accommodations using Sabre, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Travel consultant.
• Proficiency in native GDS (Sabre).
• Professional communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and integrity handling traveler data.
• Understanding of corporate travel, leisure travel, or airline reservations.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate clients (individuals and groups).
• Conduct analysis and research on travel options and upsell services.
• Book domestic and international air, rail, hotel accommodations across varying complexities.
• Utilize Sabre GDS to issue and modify itineraries.
• Ensure compliance with client travel policies and supplier rules.
• Provide proactive service, respond to special requests, and maintain traveler satisfaction.
• Collaborate within the team to coach and provide feedback to improve service levels.
