Candidates should have 2+ years in corporate travel, proficiency with GDS (SABRE preferred), and experience with Concur, GetThere, or Deem. The role offers flexible evening schedules and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Two plus years’ experience as a professional corporate travel consultant.
• Proven proficiency in any GDS system, SABRE preferred.
• Strong ability to effectively utilize omnichannel technologies.
• Aptitude to learn and adapt to new industry products and technology.

Responsibilities

• Leverage omnichannel methods to book travel plans for a variety of clients in accordance with their travel policy.
• Review travel arrangements with the client and offer alternatives; document information.
• Make customer problems opportunities; provide VIP-level service.
• Utilize reservation and ticketing technologies to optimize costs and timing.
• Explain international travel requirements to travelers.
