Amex GBT is seeking a Travel Consultant to join our highly skilled remote team, delivering outstanding service to corporate clients. You will arrange domestic and international travel, advise on options, and ensure compliance with travel policies.

You’ll work 8AM-9PM EST shifts, collaborate with teammates, and use Sabre to book; we offer inclusive culture, travel perks, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience advising corporate travel customers.
• Proficient Sabre GDS and travel booking knowledge.
• Clear professional communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers.
• Conduct analysis and research on travel options and upsell services.
• Arrange and book domestic and international travel in various complexities.
• Use Sabre GDS to complete bookings.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate within the team to coach and provide feedback.
