American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Travel Consultant to support corporate clients from a remote hub. You will advise and arrange travel for individuals and groups, research options, and up-sell services while ensuring policy compliance and top-tier service.

You will work with Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, and Galileo GDS platforms, with training available. A collaborative, client-focused mindset is essential for success in this 24/7 Traveler Care environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate travel consulting

• Ability to manage complex travel arrangements

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate clients (individuals and groups)
• Research travel options and upsell additional services
• Book domestic and international travel across air, rail, and accommodations
• Use GDS platforms (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, Galileo); training may be provided
• Ensure adherence to travel policies and regulatory requirements
• Provide proactive, professional telephone service and handle special requests
• Collaborate with team to coach and improve service levels
