Amex GBT is seeking a Travel Consultant to join a highly skilled remote team, delivering outstanding service to corporate clients. You will advise and arrange travel, analyze options, and book domestic and international trips across air, rail, and hotels while ensuring policy compliance.

Strong Sabre GDS expertise, excellent communication, and attention to detail are essential. You will collaborate with teammates to coach others and maintain high service levels in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Native GDS expertise with Sabre
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail and privacy of traveler information
• Ability to resolve issues quickly and independently / with supplier
• Teamwork and openness to feedback

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers (individuals and groups)
• Conduct analysis of travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs
• Book domestic and international travel across air, rail, road, and accommodations
• Use Sabre GDS and ensure policy compliance
• Collaborate within the team to coach, mentor, and improve service levels
