Job summary

ePromos Promotional Products, LLC is seeking a Corporate Trainer for a fully remote US-based role. You will design, deliver, and evaluate practical training programs to strengthen capability, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and more.

You will translate company standards and SOPs into engaging learning experiences, partnering with managers and SMEs to identify needs, develop content, facilitate instruction, and measure learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in L&D, HR, business, communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of corporate training, learning and development, or related experience.
• Experience supporting both customer-facing and operational teams in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to translate detailed systems, processes, and policies into clear learning content.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and on-the-job training for diverse roles.
• Create onboarding plans, training pathways, and assessments tailored to roles and audiences.
• Maintain and organize training content across key systems, processes, and SOPs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, metrics, and knowledge checks.
