Job summary

This role combines remote work with on-site collaboration, partnering with hiring managers to study needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

You will source passive candidates, manage 10–12 requisitions, coordinate interviews and communications, and ensure a positive candidate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience managing 10–12 open requisitions simultaneously.
• Sourcing passive candidates across multiple channels.
• Willingness to travel to recruiting events (4–8 annually).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience using ATS and maintaining documentation.
• Knowledge of employment laws and multi-state recruiting compliance.
• Ability to write effective prompts to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for technical and corporate roles.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and pipeline updates.
• Represent Fortress at job fairs and campus events.
• Drive quality of hire and adherence to standards.
• Support Fortress FastLane program.
