Job summary

Fortress Information Security, LLC is seeking a Corporate Technical Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting for technical and corporate roles from intake to offer. You will partner with hiring managers to craft profiles, source passive candidates, and maintain an active pipeline while managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves travel to recruiting events 4–8 times per year, leveraging AI tools to improve workflows, and representing Fortress at career fairs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to independently manage 10–12 open requisitions.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates across multiple channels.
• Willingness to travel to 4–8 recruiting events annually.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for technical and corporate roles from intake through offer.
• Coordinate across HR and recruiting activities to keep process aligned.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and recruiting strategy.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, networking, referrals, and job boards.
• Proactively identify and engage passive talent to maintain an active pipeline.
• Evaluate candidates based on qualifications, fit, and organizational alignment.
• Schedule interviews and manage communications and logistics.
• Maintain accurate ATS documentation and pipeline updates.
• Represent Fortress at job fairs, campus outreach, and professional events.
