Job summary

Fortress Information Security is seeking a Corporate Technical Recruiter to drive full lifecycle recruitment for technical and corporate roles across the organization. This remote role requires proactive pipeline development, stakeholder collaboration, and a focus on quality hires aligned with Fortress standards.

The ideal candidate will manage 10–12 requisitions concurrently, source passive candidates, and participate in 4–8 recruiting events annually, leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience across technical and corporate roles.
• Proven ability to manage 10–12 open requisitions in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates via multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach).
• Willingness to travel to 4–8 recruiting events annually.
• Strong written and verbal communication and accurate ATS documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for technical and corporate roles from intake to offer.
• Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and strategy.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, outreach, networking, referrals and job boards.
• Build an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Advertise Fortress at job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities.
