You will partner with leaders to shape the portfolio, drive roadmaps, and oversee both strategy and hands-on execution.

The role prioritizes data integration, process improvement, and system design to reduce manual workflows while aligning with enterprise objectives. Remote-first with collaboration across U.S.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinking to connect business outcomes with technology and data.
• Strong discovery, facilitation, requirements definition, and process mapping skills.
• Proven ability to lead multi-system initiatives from discovery through adoption and measurement.
• Experience designing integrations and workflow automation across ERP, HRIS, and finance.
• Experience evaluating vendors/partners and negotiating contracts.

Responsabilités

• Own and refine the corporate functions portfolio roadmap and backlog.
• Lead cross-functional discovery to understand current-state work and constraints.
• Design workflows balancing standard platform capabilities with automation and new tech.
