Job summary

Aven Hospitality is seeking a Corporate Strategy Analyst to join the remote US team. You will work with senior leaders to shape long-range plans and product strategy, translating complex business questions into actionable recommendations.

You will own strategic analyses, build operating models, and prepare materials for the board, while partnering with cross-functional teams across product, technology, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or analytical roles.
• Consulting firm background preferred; experience with SaaS/tech hospitality beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support long-range planning and enterprise-wide roadmaps.
• Develop strategic frameworks and operating models.
• Prepare board and executive materials for leadership.
