Hospitable.com is a remote-only, fully distributed company that hires by timezones, not countries. We are building a state-of-the-art product to simplify managing short-term rentals and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Your role focuses on owning the product strategy and roadmap, partnering across teams to ship impactful features, and guiding multi-million dollar business lines toward growth. If you enjoy autonomy and rapid iteration, this is a great fit.

Formación

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• High degree of empathy toward customers and teammates.
• Track record of owning 0→1, end-to-end product and feature development.
• Intense focus on shipping products and balancing trade-offs.

Responsabilidades

• Own multi-million dollar business lines and drive outcomes.
• Develop and implement product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collect and analyze customer and stakeholder feedback to shape requirements.
• Collaborate with senior management to plan roadmaps.
• Partner with sales, support, and engineering to ship relevant features.
• Launch features smoothly and on schedule, when possible.
• Prioritize work and manage dependencies and timelines.
• Suggest ways to track product use and impact.
• Propose opportunities to expand product base and vision.
