Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment seeks a Corporate Governance Project Manager to drive enterprise governance, compliance, and ESG initiatives. You will coordinate with Legal, HR, sustainability teams and other functions to implement policies, track laws, and deliver executive-ready updates.

The role requires 2–4 years in governance/compliance, strong communication, and proficiency in Asana/Jira. This is a full-time remote position supporting Virginia with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Legal, or related subject preferred.
• 2–4 years of Compliance, Business or Corporate Governance experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate regulatory concepts for non-legal audiences.
• Experience with project management applications like Asana, Jira, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders across time zones.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Legal, HR, Environmental Sustainability, and other units to update internal policies.
• Support retirement or consolidation of outdated policies.
• Monitor ESG laws and reporting requirements across jurisdictions.
• Maintain regulatory inventory/tracker with requirements, dates, functions, and owners.
• Support projects involving evolving ESG reporting and CSRD/ISSB transitions.
• Coordinate Modern Slavery Act requirements and related human rights obligations.
• Manage cross-functional governance, ESG, legal, and compliance projects end-to-end.
• Manage the corporate accessibility inbox for inquiries and issues.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive materials with milestones and risks.
