This role supports the Corporate Governance Program Manager by executing project management, tracking, coordination, and operational delivery across the enterprise corporate governance, compliance, and ESG program.
Coordinate with Legal, HR, Environmental Sustainability, and other business units to assi st with u pdating intern al business policies
Support the retirement or consolidation of outdated policies
Monitor and track emerging ESG, sustainability, environmental, acc essibili ty, mode rn s lavery, and social governance laws, regulations, reporting requirements, and industry developments across applicable jurisdictions , escalating impact assessments to the Program Manager
Maintain the regulatory inventory/tracker identifying new requirements, effective dates, impacted business functions, responsible stakeholders, and required implementation activities
Support projects involving evolving ESG reporting and disclosure requirements, including CSRD, ISSB/TCFD transition considerations, and other applicable sustainability regulations
Coordinate activities associated with Modern Slavery Act requirements and related human rights, supply chain, and responsible business obligations
Manage cross-functional corporate governance, ESG, legal, and compliance projects from intake through completion, including project planning, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder coordination on behalf of the Program Manager
Manage the corporate accessibility inbox and serve as the central point of coordination for accessibility-related inquiries, requests, and issues
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, trackers, presentations, and executive-ready materials summarizing milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and next steps for the Program Manager
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Legal, or related subject preferred
At least 2-4 years of Compliance, Business or Corporate Governance experience
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory and legal concepts into clear, actionable language for non-legal audiences
Excellent computer skills, including experience with project management applications like Asana, Jira etc., and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, process improvement, and project management skills required
Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to meet organizational goals within deadlines
Ability to work in large global environments spanning multiple time zones
Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive and confidential information
Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks, regulatory compliance obligations, and enterprise risk management principles
Experience supporting or implementing compliance programs across areas such as modern slavery, accessibility, anti-corruption, ESG, accessibility, or third-party risk management is a plus
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and adapting quickly as regulatory landscapes and business priorities shift
Experience drafting governance documentation, policy communications, executive briefings, or compliance reporting is a plus
Self-starter who takes ownership of deliverables and proactively identifies gaps before they become problems
Passionate and willing to learn
Excellent soft skills and high emotional intelligence, particularly in navigating sensitive legal and compliance matters
