Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Corporate Governance Program Associate to support governance, ESG, and compliance programs across the enterprise. You will coordinate with Legal, HR, Sustainability, and other units to update policies and track evolving regulatory requirements.

The role involves managing cross-functional projects, preparing executive-ready materials, and maintaining regulatory inventories to ensure timely implementation of new mandates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Legal, or related subject preferred.
• 2–4 years of Compliance, Business or Corporate Governance experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to translate regulatory concepts for non-legal audiences.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana/Jira and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Legal, HR, Environmental Sustainability and other units to update internal policies.
• Support retirement or consolidation of outdated policies.
• Monitor ESG, sustainability, environmental, accessibility, modern slavery, and social governance laws across jurisdictions; escalate impact assessments.
• Maintain regulatory inventory/tracker with new requirements, dates, and stakeholders.
• Support projects involving evolving ESG reporting including CSRD/ISSB/TCFD considerations.
• Coordinate Modern Slavery Act requirements and related human rights obligations.
• Manage cross-functional governance projects from intake through completion for the Program Manager.
• Manage corporate accessibility inbox and act as a central point for accessibility inquiries.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive materials summarizing milestones and risks.
